He shares the ongoing conflict between the Twelve Houses and the Shakuhou personally, and as such, has made it his life's mission to remove the organization from his city.

[/size][/font]Personality Traits:[/u]
- Proud: Perhaps his most defining trait, Kasai is known for being extremely self assured, at times bordering on egotistical and arrogant. It is a trait many in his may share, though the simple fact of being an heir has made Sai stand out, even among his outstandingly confident family.
- Loyal: Perhaps to a fault, Kasai is extremely loyal to those he deems worthy of such loyalty, and would never consider betrayal, no matter the purpose or neccessity. He shares this loyalty with few others, however, and holds his loyalty, as well as his honor, in high regard for this reason.
- Honest: Bound by the iron clad honorable traditions of his forefather's, Kasai lives his life with the code of honesty and justice, whether it suits his goals or not. He rarely speaks what is not the truth, and disdains deceit and manipulation.
- Impatient: Known for something of an ill temper, Kasai can become extremely hot-headed, earning him the nickname of "Dragon", aside from his pyrokinesis. He dislikes being forced to sit upon his hand, and would much prefer taking action to idle talk.
- Compassionate: Despite what others may take for detachment, or perhaps a superiority complex, Kasai is actually rather sympathetic to the others around him. Keen on grasping emotions and senses quickly, he genuinely cares for the wellbeing of others, somewhat linked to his sense of honor and duty as a leader of the Twelve Noble Houses.
- Ambitious: Heavily ambitions, Kasai constantly has his eyes set upon the future ahead, and works tirelessly to achieve his goals. This does, however, make him somewhat competitive, sometimes to an overextension, and he can become easily enraged if his ambitions are hindered.

Abilities
[/size][/font]Powers and Abilities:
Pyrokinesis: Fitting for a member of House Tatsu, as well as a young man named "Dragon", Kasai holds the unique ability over flame. He is capable of creating flames from thin air, as well as manipulating them into long streams of flame, similar to a flamethrower. Considered a blessing amongst House Tatsu, his family continuously praised and encouraged Kasai to increase his skill with the art. Due to many years of practice, Kasai has some control over the flames, unlike many with the ability, although his handling of them is not perfection.
Float: By increasing his internal body temperature in conjunction to Pyrokinesis, Kasai is capable of lifting himself from the ground, allowing him to float up to ten feet above the ground. However, it is a short lived moment, as overheating is certainly possible. When overly enraged or upset, he lifts up a few inches before the floor, often involuntarily, conveying his emotions.
Skills: Aside from his Pyrokinesis, Kasai is an avid fan of Kendo, and has studied the swordplay since childhood. He has become quite skilled at the art, and he often practices when not attending to his duties to the Houses.

[/font]Born as the only child to the former Headman of House Tatsu, Kaji, young Kasai was a child with many expectations to rise to, as his clan frequently passed the title of Headman from father to son, heavily focused on the traditional aspects of Japanese Society. However, true to the Dragon spirit, Kasai rose to meet each of the goals lain before him, from educational study to physical training, in an effort to prove himself as the next Heir of Tatsu. Recently, upon his twenty fifth birthday, Kaji graciously relinquished his rights as Heir to Kasai, officially ordaining him the Headman of House Tatsu, as well as the Twelve other Houses.
