A set of Laboratories, populated by only the most elite of Suiko's scientists, whilst headed by the famous House Saru. White Monkey, while known for turning out such juvenile items, such as video games and toys, is also known from some darker research experimentation; one such leaving it's head of household in the body of an animal. The facility is amazingly enormous, and one can easily become lost in it's bowels.
