A shadier section of town, known for large mansions and empires built from the backs and bloods of victims of crime. Here in Kuroi Lane, none venture, lest they find themselves on the brighter sides of the lords who control this land. Forced from their homes in the now Western District, Houses Tora, Saru, and Ushi all live in their own newly acquired mansions, some falling in with the bad crowds that surround them.

Board Description
Warehouse District
A maze of unending warehouses, previously used for storage and business of the like; however, ever since the rise of the technological age of Suiko, most of the warehouses became useless for means of industry. Now, only a few are used in business, and most have been converted into shoddy apartments and manse's, to house the fallen mighty of Suiko's underbelly.
