Unlike their cross town rival, "Miyamoko High", it takes brains, large pocket books, or an amazing background to find your way here. Due to it's high educational standards, attending Juuni Kisaki is almost sure to send you into high class universities, such as SCU. Center Ring

Called the "Center Ring" for the fact that it rings around the Central District, the Center Ring holds most of the more important parts of Suiko City's infrastructure. Fire Stations, Police Headquarter's, Hospitals, and Universities dot the Center Ring, as well as businesses and a few apartments. Because of it's importance to Suiko society, many people refer to this area as the most normal, smooth running part of the city.
