Students, educators, and others with a deep thirst for knowledge congregate here, seeking to further fulfill their ever growing minds. The building is as massive as an arena, and constantly growing, at that, with anything you seek to learn available.

Board Description
Festival Row
A long street, cutting right through Azuma Neighborhood, the Festival Row is where the majority of carnivals, festivals, and other parties are held here. Generally a quiet row of shops otherwise, when no events are being held, this area lights up with bright when events occur. Sitting at the end of the Festival Row is the large, world famous Suiko Library.
